I'm bringing that experience to private healthcare.

This isn't just business for me. Having played a lot of rugby in my younger years, and now doing Ironmans, I know how important it is to keep your body moving optimally to avoid injury and stay in good health. Most private practices are leaving money on the table without realising it. Even clinics with automated reminders in place see no-show rates around 6.3%; without that automation, the gap runs higher. Admin support is strongly linked to performance too: clinics with strong admin support are associated with over £13,000 more revenue per clinician each year than those without it. And while 60% of UK private practices say they're already open to using AI, most haven't started, not because of cost (only 8% cite it as a barrier), but because they're unsure which tools are reliable (18%) or simply don't know where to begin (18%). The opportunity is real; most practices just haven't moved on it yet.
